Privacy

The short version

If you give us an email address for the workbook, we store the address and the date, and we use it to send the workbook and a note when a new module publishes. We do not sell it, rent it, share it or pass it to a sponsor. You can have it removed by replying to any email or writing to the address on the contact page.

What we collect

• The email address you give us, with the date and the type of request. Nothing else is required and no other field is asked for.
• Ordinary server records generated by any web request, used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for your name, your clinic, your address or your telephone number, because we do not need them.

What we do with it

We send the workbook pack you asked for, and a short note when a new module is published. That is the whole of it. There is no advertising in the emails and no third party has access to the list.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until an address has been inactive for a long period, whichever comes first. Removal is immediate and permanent rather than a suppression flag.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do so promptly. The Information Commissioner's Office publishes what those rights are and how to escalate if you are not satisfied with our response.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no advertising network, and carries no third-party tracking scripts. There is no comment system, no social widget and no chat tool. The pages you are reading are static files.
